Annual Fee

Notice: The Annual Fee will be assessed before you begin using your card and will reduce the amount of credit you initially have available. For example, if you are assigned a minimum credit limit of $130, your initial available credit will be only $100.

$30 intro annual fee the first year if your initial credit limit is less than $200, then $50; or $50 annual fee if your initial credit limit is $200 or more.

Transaction Fees

  • Cash Advance Fee

Either $10 or 5% of the amount of each cash advance, whichever is greater, up to a maximum amount of $75.

Penalty Fees

  • Late Fee
  • Returned Payment Fee
  • Up to $30.
  • $25.

How We Will Calculate Your Balance: We will use a method called “daily balance (including current transactions).” See the Cardholder Agreement for details.

Savings Account: In conjunction with the opening of your Card Account, we will open a Savings Account for you, which is an interest earning savings account that grows into a savings fund over time, and we will take a security interest in the funds in the Savings Account. We will fund your Savings Account with an initial $5 deposit. Your periodic payments will pay down the amount you owe us under your Card Account and simultaneously increase your Savings Account balance. Funds in the Savings Account secure the amounts you owe us under the Cardholder Agreement and are subject to severe limits on withdrawal while you owe us any money.
